Refund policy

Please note all Holiday items are final sale and non-returnable.

For non Holiday items we have a 14-day return policy from date of item delivery, less shipping price, with a 20% restocking fee on un-opened/un-used kits. No other items are available to be returned. The 20% restocking fee is for any item that is returned new/unopened. We do not accept returns on any opened items. The 20% restocking fee applies to the purchase price of the item.

If the item is returned and accepted the product seal must be intact.  We do not accept 3rd party returns. We only accept returns on items purchased on our site.

If you purchased your item with us online and it is unopened and the seal is intact you can contact us for a return address. You are responsible for paying to ship your item back to us and provide us with a tracking number.

When we receive your item and inspect it and if it is unopened and all seals are intact we will issue you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused, unopened condition that you received it with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Chargebacks Please do not open a chargeback. Reach out via chat with any issues. We will fight the case.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
